At the end of May we attend Hershey Park as our sixth grade field trip.

In preparation for this field trip students will learn about force and motion focusing on roller coasters. At the end of this Science Unit, students will work in small groups to build K'Nex roller coasters.

Students will work in small groups to complete K'nex roller coasters. Students will work together to follow directions and construct a working roller coaster or ferris wheel. This website contains K'nex roller coasters and vidoes of them in action.
