Drivers Education

This class is divided into 2 parts.  The first part is the in-class portion.  Here, students will learn what is needed to be a safe driver.  Topics covered range from the parts of a car to the potential hazards that can be encounter on the roadway.  Safety is a top priority when operating a vehicle.  A total of 30 hours is needed for the classroom portion of the class.

The second portion of the class is “behind the wheel”.  Students will go out in the vehicle and drive on surrounding roadways.  To take this portion of the class, the student will need to have a learner’s permit or a driver’s license.   A total of 6 hours is needed to pass this portion.
