Homework Policy

 

All make-up work is due in the number of days that the student is absent unless special circumstances exist.

            Ex:  If a student is absent from school for one day, that student will have one day when he/she returns to school to complete and turn in all make-up work.

 

Note: If you are in school the day an assignment is given but absent the day an assignment is due, it is your responsibility to turn in the assignment when you return to school.

 

Homework Grading

 

Homework – Due on the due date

                        -  Any homework turned in after the due date will receive a zero.

                   4 pts.— Fully completed assignment- EVERY problem/question is completed, showing ALL work

                   2 pts.— Partially completed assignment – at least half of the assigned is completed (i.e. 10 out of 20)

                   0 pts.- Less than half of the assignment is completed or no assignment completed  (i.e. 9 out of 20)
