Meet Mrs. Gallaher

 
Hello, my name is Lyncola Gallaher.  I am a first-grade teacher here at Glendale Elementary.   I taught kindergarten here for my first two years; then I moved to first grade.  I absolutly love teaching and I will do my best to insure your child loves learning as well!!

I graduated from Glendale High School in 2000 and then attended Penn State where I graduated in May of 2004 with a degree in Elementary and Kindergarten Education.  In December 2010, I obtained my Master's Degree in Educational Development and Stratedgies from Wilkes University.

I live in Coalport with my husband Jeffrey.  We have a son Cole and a daughter Arabella.  They are two active children who keep me on my toes at home.  The other furry member of our family is our dog named Sachi.    In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking/baking and Pinteresting!

Be assured that I will do my best to make this school year an enjoyable time for your child.  I know if we all work together, we can make this a wonderful year for our students and help them reach each goal that is set for them.
