Welcome Parents & Students!  

I like to take a moment to remind everyone what the counseling program K-6 offers. The program includes individual student planning, individual and group counseling, consultation with parents and teachers, and coordination of school-wide  programs and school-wide assessments. Red Ribbon week, career week, and Personal Safety are some of the school-wide programs. 

 I am also a member of the Shield Support and ESAP teams. I also assist the psychologists to determine if your child qualifies for extra services. 

 Additionally, at times students are brought to my office to discuss social, academic, or career skills, such as, organization, listening, being a good friend, conflict resolution, and goal planning. I welcome any questions about the programs offered. I encourage everyone to get involved in your child’s education.  If for any reason, you don't want your child to participate in something, please call me.  Students are welcome to request to see me--my door is always open!
