Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section entitled “Forms”.  You may print the needed forms here from the link.  If you are unable to print the forms, please have your child recreate a similar form on lined notebook paper.

Students may go to the site found below to access their Science textbook activities.  Follow these steps to access activities:

  • At top right, pick “Select a Program”
  • Pick “McGraw-Hill Science 2011 Edition”
  • At the top right, pick “Select a State”, pick “Pennsylvania”
  • At the bottom left is a box labeled “Program Resources”, click on “Science”
  • At next window, pick Grade 4 Science textbook. Follow the directions to various games by chapter and lessons.
