  • Every student MUST be in class ON TIME.
  • Every student MUST come to class prepared with textbook, notebook, homework, and a pencil and ready to begin promptly at the start of class.
  • Everyone will show respect for each other at all times.

NOTE:  All tests and quizzes will be announced.  Pop quizzes will be considered necessary and given if students are not completing their work and/or participating in class.

NOTE:  Homework will be graded on a complete / incomplete basis.  That means that if ALL problems are not at least attempted there will be zero credit given for that assignment.  If students are not completing the assignments, certain assignments will be collected at random, graded for correctness and counted as a quiz/test grade.

NOTE:  If a student is absent, he/she is responsible to check PowerSchool to find out what work was missed while he/she was out.  All missed work is due within 1 week of returning to class.  After 1 week, all missed assignments will be given zero credit.  This applies to homework, class work, tests, and quizzes.  I update PowerSchool daily, so it is accurate and up-to-date information that you will need and should use.

NOTE:  Tests and quizzes that were missed due to an absence from school or from class will be made up before or after school by making arrangements with me as to when is good for the both of us. One week of time is given to make up all work, which should be plenty of time to make an arrangement to get here early or stay late in order to complete a test or quiz.

NOTE:  All students are responsible for their own work and their own grades.  I will not hound any student about missed work.  It is your own responsibility to keep track of what you need to get finished and the time frame that you have to complete everything.
