Remember that reflexive and intensive are the same in the fact that they both end with "self" or "selves."  The difference between the two is that reflexive is necessary and intensive is added for emphasis and is unnecessary.  The way to check is to remove the pronoun and read the sentence.  If the sentence still makes sense it is intensive, if the sentence no longer makes sense, it is reflexive.

Demonstrative pronouns deal with proximity to the speaker and amount.  This is close to the speaker and singular.  That is away from the speaker and singular.  These are plural and close to the speaker.  Those are plural and away from the speaker.

Relative and interrogative pronouns are similar.  The difference is the sentence that contains the interrogative pronoun ends with a question mark.  You can remember this because when you interrogate someone, you ask them questions.  You can remember relative pronouns because just as a relative is related to you, relative pronouns relate a clause to a noun (gives you additional information in regard to that noun).

Relative pronouns include that, which, who, whom, and whose.

Interrogative pronouns include which, who, whom, whose, and what.
