Career Cougar (C.C.) is our school mascot who is helping third graders learn about all of the wonderful career opportunities we have by going to work with our family members.  He's also helping us meet the:

 13.1.3.D: Identify the range of jobs available in the community

 13.1.3.E: Describe the work done by school personnel and other individuals in the community

 13.1.3.H: Explain how workers in their careers use what is learned in the classroom.

 

Please take our Career Cougar, “C.C.” to work with you for the day, document what he saw and did, if possible include some pictures of him at work with you, and answer the questions on the attached sheets that will tell us some information about your job, educational background, etc.… This information will be placed in a binder in the library for students to learn from C.C.’s adventures. By sharing your day at work with us, it will help students learn about a variety of careers. You may just inspire someone to be like you!
