This Web site allows you to enter your own words and has five different free modes to use - "Spelling Test," "Teach Me," "Play a Game," "Flash Cards," and "Vocab Test." 

After you've typed in your words, click "Play a Game."  Within this mode you can decide how you want to learn - teach, test, vocabulary, writing, spelling (five different choices!), or other.
