Students have 7 classes or less recorded and 2 weeks
  circled

Students have at least 10 classes recorded and 3
  weeks circled

Students will have at least 12 dates recorded and
  all weeks circled.

Students have all dates inserted in folders and
  weeks are all circled.

Folder is neat and orderly

Folder lacks total organization and has seven or less workouts completed

Folder lacks some organization and has less than 8
  workouts completed

Folder is neat; and has less than 10 workouts
  completed

Folder is neat; two workouts are incomplete or
  missing

Folder is extremely neat and orderly; all workouts
  are completed

Working through repetition progression and
