Bear Creek Community Charter School: Soccer 2017
As this school year comes to an end, we are preparing for the upcoming soccer season in the Fall. Interested students in the 7th and 8th grades are eligible to play. We will be competing in the Wyoming Valley Athletic Jr. High Soccer Conference. We play our home games at the Bear Creek Rec Field.
Equipment – Bear Creek supplies uniform top and bottom (home and away), and socks. We do not supply shin guards or spikes. Shin guards and spikes are required for a PIAA sanctioned event.
Physical Forms – The physical forms NEED to be filled out by a licensed physician in order for the child to participate in practice or games. This is a PIAA rule. They will be due the first day of practice. If they are not presented by the first day of practice, the student WILL NOT be permitted to practice until it is turned in. Extra physical forms can be found at piaa.org.
Bear Creek Agreement and Release Form – The standard agreement and release form need to be signed and handed in by the first day of practice.
