Math with Mr. Pilarski
Welcome Parents & Students!
Teaching and studying mathematics is what I do on a day to day basis and I like to create math content. It is what I was born to do. Teaching is a way for me to get across the message of mathematics and the Internet is another way for me to reach my students. I do have another math blog. I put that together during the 2009 – 2010 school year. You can check it out here, http:\\www.mrpilarski.wordpress.com . It is mainly Algebra 2 and Geometry. I liked using the wordpress.com blogging format.
This site is dedicated to my current students and parents. Everything I post on here, I do to help my students access math outside the math classroom. I started this site during the 2010 - 2011 school year, for now the content of this site will be Algebra 1. My goal is to have the Algebra 1 Sequence filled with links to my video lessons. I have enjoyed builiding content on the Pennslyvania Department of Education's SAS website. The only negative about this website, I am not notified of new comments. So, if don't reply, it is becaused I missed the new comment. As I write this, there have been two comments! Thank you parents! I have also gotten positive feedback from a few students about the videos.
