What is 100 Book Challenge?

100 Book Challenge is a reading program that students in grades K - 4 take part in. Once students are tested they are placed in a colored level. When students select books from their appropiate level, they will be able to read their selected books independently without difficulty.   

Students are given time in school to read and are also required to read at home too. Students can log one book for each 15 minutes they read.  For example, if a student read for 45 minutes he/she would sign 3 steps.  When reading at home a signature is required from a parent/guardian or another adult.
