MARCH 20:

The two largest leaves measure 3.5 cm x 2.3 cm. Small white roots are visible at the bottom of the potato and a new sprout is emerging on the top.

MARCH 23:

I twisted the sprout off the potato and placed it in water to root. The two large leaves now measure 4 cm x 3 cm. There are six new leaves emerging. The main stem is covered with tiny hairs. The new sprout is visible but hasn't changed significantly.
