Welcome Back to School!        

I am so excited to see everyone again!  This year you will see that there is a new Promethean Board in our room which will help us to make learning more fun and interesting. I look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces as you return to school!  

AR is now madatory per marking period, as part of your English grade! For special education students in grades 7-9, you are required 5 AR points per marking period. Students in grades 10-12, are required 10 AR points per marking period. ~As an accomodation, some of these points can be obtained each marking period, per a guided reading group, during class time. Additional reading outside of class is still encouraged, to be sure that they are meeting their full requirement. *Remember that AR points are part of your overall graduation requirements and should not be left to complete until your senior year.
