Eric Lech is a Staff Development Facilitator at Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit 21 in Schnecksville, PA.  In this capacity, Eric develops and implements professional development for a wide range of educators.  While Eric's expertise falls under the umbrella of Educational Technology, he has provided sessions for utilization of the SAS portal, developing educational websites, getting started as an online teacher, the use of data to improve teaching efficacy, and the role of social media in education.
