Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Allyn (Lin) McCombie. I am the school nurse at Glendale.

One of my many responsibilities is to complete the state mandates yearly.  Some of the mandates include:

Height, weight and vision screenings for students in grades K-12

Hearing screenings for students in grades K, 1, 2, 3, 7 and 11

Scoliosis screenings for students in grades 6 and 7

Physical examinations for students in grades K, 6 and 11

Dental examinations for students in grades 1, 3 and 7

Immunization requirements
