Welcome Parents & Students!
Hi! My name is Mrs. Smith and I am the school counselor at Kutztown Elementary! I am a resource and support for students, families, and teachers. A little bit about myself... I enjoy working with kids and I love my job as a school counselor! I am a Certified Elementary School Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Westminster College and a Masters of Educational Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. I am a member, and past board member, of PSCA (Pennsylvania School Counselors Association), ASCA (American School Counselors Association) and the President of BASCA (Berks Area School Counselors Association). In my spare time, I enjoy traveling (especially to the beach!), reading, and spending time with my family.
