The following link contains information about curriculum as well as guidelines for decision-making that would best adhere to the Pennsylvania Learning Standards for Early Childhood.  It is not the Pennsylvania Department of Education's intention to make specific recommendations with regard to the items on the lists provided.  Given the many resources on the market, the curriculum resources listed within this document were chosen based on their comprehensiveness, if they were evidence-based, and for their quality.
