This website offers particpants an oportunity to view and download materials from any of my training sessions.  If you do not see an item you were interested in, please contact me and I will post it as soon as I can.

The most current forms are now posted on the PDE Gifted Website .  They are in pdf format.  If you want them in word please access them from the SAS PLC.

The SAS PLC – how to access:

• In order to join the PLC, you will need a SAS account (www.pdesas.org ).  The PLCs are located in TEACHER TOOLS (see top right of the page above the search bar).
• After clicking on Teacher Tools, go to the box called My Communities. 
• Join the Gifted Education and Accelerated Learning Community (you can search it in the Keyword Search)
• Go to the Dashboard
• Scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the dashboard page to find the digital repository
• The folder marked Chapter 16 Forms houses the Word Versions of the revised Gifted Forms
