Cooperation and team work! Students participated in many activities and games where they had to work together with either one other person or a group of people to accomplish a task. This is a lifelong skill that will help students to succeed in their future.

Some examples of cooperative games we will play: ball carry, car driver, backward get up, circle soccer, circle the circle, hula hoop stand, huddle up, great island movers, wizards-elves-giants, builders and bulldozers, super leap frog ball, mystery kickball, etc.

Fitness Testing! All students in the school just finished participating in fitness testing!

Students will have fitness testing in both the fall and the spring. Fitness testing consists of five different tests; sit & reach (measures flexibility), curl ups (measures abdominal strength and endurance), shuttle run (measures speed), pull ups (measures upper body strength) and a one mile run (measures heart and lung endurance).
