HOMEWORK POLICY

       FULL CREDIT

  a)  If a student is not absent on the day that homework is assigned, it must be turned in the next day that this student returns to class.

  b)   If a student is absent on the day an assignment is given, he or she has the same number of days to turn it in as the number of days absent.  ( Example  ; if a student misses two consecutive days , he or she would have two days to get the work in )

            TO RCEIVE PARTIAL CREDIT

 

          a)   If a student is late with turning in homework by one day ( whether absent or not ) he or she will get 80% credit.

          b)    If a student is late with turning in homework by two days ( whether absent or not ) he or she will receive 60% credit.

          c)     If a student is late with turning in homework by three days ( whether absent or not ) he or she will receive 40% credit.

          d)     If a student is late with turning in homework by four or more days the grade will be a 0 ( ZERO ).

          e)      If a student wants to still make up work somehow, special arrangements must be made with me and any new make -up work would need to be done only in my room as I watch.
