Height, weight, and vision screenings are done on every student in grades k-12.

Hearing is performed on all 1-3, 7, and 11graders.

Physical examinations are required for all students entering grade k/1, 6 and 11 and must be done prior to May 1 of the school year.

Dental Exams are required for K/1, 3^rd, and 7^th. 

If your child’s heath record does not have a physical and or dental exam on record, you will be asked to provide a recent/current exam from your doctor/dentist.
