Pre-Conditioning starts Monday, January 4th, 2016.

Athletes should begin track & field pre-conditioning in January. The strength and conditioning program is available every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 3:00-4:00. Plyometrics/Cardio training is available every Monday & Wednesday.
All athletes not in a winter sport should take advantage of these pre-conditioning oportunities three-four times per week. If you need any pre-training tips or ideas please contact me. I will be happy to help!
