Welcome!!!  If you are ever in the Elementary building, please stop and see the nurses suite located behind the main office. I would like to remind everyone to please keep your child's emergency information updated.  This includes emergency contacts, phone numbers, addresses, and health conditions.  I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping this information current.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Mandated Health Screenings:

• All students in grades K through 5 have had their height and weight measurements completed. 
• Hearing screenings have been conducted on all students in grades K through 3. A referral notice was sent home for any student who did not pass the school screening. If your child received a hearing referral, please have them seen by their pediatrician or a hearing specialist for a more thorough examination. Completed hearing referrals should be returned to school as soon as possible.
• Vision screenings have been conducted on all students in kindergarten through grade 5. Referral notices have been sent home for any student who did not pass the school vision screening. If your child received a vision referral, please have them seen by an vision specialist for a more thorough eye examination. Completed vision referrals should be returned to school as soon as possible. 
• Dental exams will be conducted on Monday, December 8th. Exams will be conducted on all kindergarten and 3rd grade students who have not had private exams completed. Notification letters have been sent home for those students in need of a school dental exam.
