Welcome!!!  If you are ever in the Elementary building, please stop and see the nurses suite located behind the main office. I would like to remind everyone to please keep your child's emergency information updated.  This includes emergency contacts, phone numbers, addresses, and health conditions.  I cannot stress enough the importance of keeping this information current.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Mandated Health Screenings:

• All students in grades K through 5 have had their height and weight measurements completed. 
• Hearing screenings have been conducted on all students in grades K through 3. A referral notice was sent home for any student who did not pass the school screening. If you received a hearing referral, please have your child seen by their pediatrician or a hearing specialist for a more thorough examination. 
• Vision screenings are currently being conducted for all students in kindergarten through grade 5. Referral forms will be sent home for any student who does not pass the screening. Please have the referral completed and returned to school as soon as possible.
