The objective of this program is to educate and train high school cadets in citizenship; to promote community service; to instill responsibility, character, and self-discipline; and to provide instruction in air and space fundamentals

AFJROTC members are required to wear the AFJROTC uniform and participate in drill practice, weekly assemblies (leadership labs), ceremonies, and special events. The AFJROTC four-year aerospace curriculum explores: 

  • Military traditions, citizenship, and community service.
