SAS Algebra 1 Course

The SAS Algebra 1 Course addresses the Common Core State Standards for Algerbra 1. Course content engages students through real-world examples, images, manipulatives, animations, videos, guided practice, and targeted feedback. Students continue to develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and reasoning skills while working through course content (taken from SAS Algebra 1 Course guide, read more here). 

While there is significant online integration with these course materials, online access for every lessons is not required. However, students can (and should be encouraged whenever possible) to access the online lessons and a complement to in-class instruction. Students may login using the student login "fresh7ago" or through their school-provided Google ID. 

We will be completing Unit 2 (Functions), Unit 4 (Exponential Functions), Unit 6 (Radicals) and Unit 7 (Polynomials and Factoring) in this course. 

Optionally, some lessons from this resource may be used to complement the MVP materials.
