Planning and Preparation is a very large part of my schedule. Problem solving is always a challenge, but trying to think outside of the box is the only way to solve complicated problems successfully. It takes a lot of time, consulting with others, and multitasking, but a successful schedule is eventually created. I like that my districts trusts me to work independently to create schedules that work best for our students. I always take into consideration the needs of the teachers and students so my schedule is constantly evolving.
