 High Frequency Words/a, and, go, got, have, not, the, to will, you  

Spelling Words :sad, bit, jam, glad, list, win, flat, if, fix, rip, kit, mask

Target Vocabulary Words: bellowed, bounce, carefree, cool. grinned, guards, guide, handle, images, might, munch, rough, serious

  

Wednesday/   Sentence Day

Students will practice writing sentences.

 

Thursday /Spelling  Pre test Day

 

Friday/ Final Test Day

Handwriting/Intro Handwriting Without Tears

Basic Writing Skills

 

Writers Workshop/    Keep a journal of thoughts, stories, poems, songs, or whatever you want to write about.  Just make sure you are writing!  :)  

 

 Always  check student reading folder.

Read each night from student assigned reading book.

Practice spelling words each night . (Say it, Spell it, Say it, Write it)
