Co-op is a school-supervised work program. Its purpose is to help the student “bridge the gap” between school and the world of work. Students are placed on school-approved work sites where they learn and develop the skills necessary to survive on the job. Students will develop skills in the following areas: how to get a job, employer-employee relationships, money management, personal safety and other skills necessary for survival on the job. Interested students must complete paperwork before participating in this program and receiving any credits. (Grade 12);
