Remember the re-testing rules per the syllabus:

1.  You can retest once on each summative assessment.

2.  You have 5 days from the time the assessment is returned to retest.  (If you were absent the day it was returned, you have 5 days from the date of your return.  It is your responsibility to get your assessment.)

3.  It is mandatory that you get re-teaching BEFORE the retest.  This is to be done before school, during acceleration period (w/ a pass), or after school.

4.  You must fill out a request to retest form. --> Request to Retest.pdf

5.  You may only retest if you scored a 93% or lower.  The highest grade that you can earn is a 93% on any retest.
