Rational: This course will focus on basic math facts to prepare students for more complex concepts. Student will learn key concepts from basic math. The pace of the course will be on a student needed pace. That means that the topic will be discussed until each student reaching mastery on each topic.

Grading: Students will be grading on a combination of assignments, projects quizzes, and tests. Assignments and projects will be graded based on effort and not accuracy; it is important that students complete their assignments and projects to the best of their abilities. Students will also be expected to keep and maintain a notebook. The teacher will provide the appropriate accommodations. Quizzes and test will be graded according to the Central Cambria grading scale.
