Mandated health screenings have begun for the 2025/2026 school year.  Referral forms will be sent home with all students who have failed any of the screenings.  Once your student has been seen by a specialist, please return the referral form to school so it can be added to your child's school health record.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the referral, please feel free to contact me at 814-479-3752.
