All mandated health screenings have been completed for the 2016-2017 school year.  Referral forms have been sent home with all students who have failed any of the screenings.  Once your student has been seen by a specialist, please return the referral form to school so I can add it to the school health record.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the referral, please feel free to contact me.
