After reading the blog post, I think that blended learning is something that will be happening more and more as we move on into the future. The school day doesn't have enough time to provide all of the direct instruction, applications, and practice that students need. By at least flipping the classroom, the students can get the direct instruction part at home, and then have more practice in school when the teacher can answer questions, and the students can get help one on one. It is sad to me that many schools have a hard time accepting this change even though it only benefits the students. I understand that it can be expensive to provide technology, but this will only produce brighter children in the end.
