About Me

Hello there.  It feel like it is appropriate to tell you a little bit about myself.  I graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.  While there I specialized in amplifiers and electronics design and digital signal processing.  During my senior year I was the president of the local chapter of Eta Kappa Nu, which is the Electrical and Computer Engineering Honors Society.

Following graduation, I decided to work full time as a musician for a few years.  This entailed everything from playing just about every imaginable type of music in every imaginable type of setting to teaching guitar, bass, and ukulele to repaired instruments and amplifiers to moving pianos.  Each time that I had to move a piano resulted in me thinking that there has to be something else I can do with my life.  Out of everything that I was doing, I enjoyed teaching the most, so I decided to go back to school and become a math and physics teacher.  This is why I'm currently enrolled at Bloomsburg University, working towards a masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
