Mrs. Coposky's Kindergarten Class
Hello Families,
As we come to the last nine week period, I was wondering if you could help me with some end of the year supplies. I have asked the students to let you know we were low on tissues. The school does have them but they are pretty scratchy. I thank those of you that have sent in a box for the class to share. We could use a couple more boxes to get us through the year so if you haven't sent, and would like to, please send a box for us. We are low on dry erase markers (just black) and pencils. I hate to be picky about the pencils but I have a request..not all pencils are created equal! Please don't send the fancy printed ones because my sharpener is from 1910 and can't handle the heavy plastic coating of the colorful ones. The best ones are black or the Ticonderoga orange. Some of the cheaper ones just keep snapping as you sharpen them and you end up with a nub the first time you use them. I noticed that many of the folders in the binders are falling apart, so if you could replace them with a stronger plastic version that would be great. The binders we bought didn't make it very long so I'm glad that some were replaced. Thanks!
Thanks so much for keeping us supplied all year long! I greatly appreciate the extra expense you have gone to for our classroom and your student!
Please check your child's "stash" of extra clothes to make sure they are season appropriate as we move into spring... and that they still fit!
Have a great March!
