Welcome to the Interscholastic Reading Competition!

As part of our school's Reading Competition Team, you will be required to read a variety of books from a list of 30 books selected by the committee, complete and pass a minimum of 5 Reading Counts quizzes, and participate in the Interscholastic Reading Competition.  Get ready to read, read, READ!

The Spring 2019 Reading Competition will take place at Forest Hills High School on Tuesday, April 2.

The Fall 2018 Reading Competition took place at Bellewood-Antis High School on Tuesday, November 13.

The CMMS Blackwater Knights brought home 1st place blue ribbons AND the Grand Champion 1st Place Trophy!

The CMMS Readers Before Dawn AND Readers Behind the Bookcase brought home 1st place blue ribbons!

The Spring 2018 Reading Competition took place at Forest Hills High School on Tuesday, April 3.

The CMMS Book-o-Motion brought home 2nd place ribbons!

The Fall 2017 Reading Competition took place at Bellwood-Antis High School on Tuesday, November 14.

The CMMS Readers of the Lost Book brought home 1st place blue ribbons AND the Grand Champion 1st Place Trophy!

The CMMS Frindle-icious Faces on the Bookmark brought home 1st place blue ribbons and the Egg-Chomping Children brought home 2nd place ribbons!

The CMMS Reading Avengers brought home 1st place blue ribbons and the Dangerous Pies brought home 2nd place ribbons!
