The third unit of this course will allow you to develop and demonstrate how you handle situations that test your patience. During this unit, we will be examining scenarios that are less than ideal. You will have the opportunity to react honestly to this situations, but you will also be required to create and display ideal reactions to all of these situations. Basically, you are going to learn the basic of how to deal with people, whether you like them or not. Appropriate and mature communication will play a vital role in this unit.
By the end of this ten to twelve day unit, you should be able to answer the following essential questions completely and confidently.
