Welcome Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and Students!
Welcome!
Biology is an incredibly fascinating and dynamic field of study. As a natural science, it focuses on life and living systems in all their diverse forms and processes. Over the course of the year, we will explore a wide range of topics within the discipline of biology.
This class webpage will serve as a supplementary resource for both students and parents/guardians. However, please note that the course's Schoology page will be the primary platform for all essential instructional materials. Be sure to check the Schoology course page and calendar daily for assignments, announcements, and supplemental resources.
I hold high expectations for all of my students. My two primary goals for you this year are:
To discover and learn something new about the field of biology.
To learn something new about yourself as a learner and individual.
I understand that these goals may present challenges at times, but please know that I am fully committed to supporting you. I take my role as your teacher seriously and will give you my best each and every day. I care deeply about your growth and success not just in this class, but in all that you pursue.
I look forward to an exciting and productive year as we build a supportive and collaborative community of learners. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.
Let’s make it a great year!
Yours truly,
