Each county has a Housing Authority where individuals may apply for housing assistance. Some housing assistance is based on income guidelines set forth by the state or federal government, other housing assistance may be provided based on disability, need, or other concerns or issues. Sometimes individuals may face emergency situations - unsafe living arrangements or homelessness. There are additional resources available in cases like this.
