In addition to Medical Assistance (Access, MAWD, Access Plus, etc.), there are other forms of assistance that may be available to individuals with and without disabilities.  The links below will take you directly to the online applications.  You may also visit your local assistance office to apply in person.

  • SNAP : (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program) - Food Stamps.  Individuals who meet the eligibility (income) guidelines may be enrolled in the SNAP program.
  • LIHEAP: Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program - provides assistance with heating bills, for individuals who meet the income eligibility guidelines.
  • Cash Assistance: Individuals with disabilities or individuals who don't make enough money to support themselves and/or their family, may be eligible for cash assistance.
