If you will be in Health Occupations III for the 2011-2012 School Year, you will need to have certain documents completed by August 31 in order to be eligible to participate in the Nurse Aide Program and any clinical experiences.The following documents must be submitted by August 31, 2011:

Physical with a Two Step PPD

Criminal History Record Information or $10

Policy Packet Signatures

Verification of PA Residency
