Laurel Highlands Music Education Fund

There are two $1,000 scholarships each year. Student must be going to college to further music/arts education.

 

Laurel Highlands Mustang Academic Scholarship Fund

There are two $1,000 scholarships each year. In order to qualify, the student must have a GPA rating of no less than 3.0. Additionally, the selection will be based on the student's demonstration of school and community spirit. Some examples include participation in school associated activities such as sports, clubs, musicals, plays, and the arts, student government and any volunteer programs. The student will also be considered by their community spirit, which can be defined as helping the elderly, needy, religious organizations and general community help. 

 

Kaitlyn Strosnider Education Fund

There is one $500 scholarship each year. In order to qualify, the student must be seeking a career in the teaching/education profession.

 

Michael S. Carbonara Memorial Education Fund

There is one $1,500 scholarship each year. The student must have a 3.0 GPA and be a member of the Laurel Highlands golf team. 

 

 

All studnets applying for the Music Education Fund, Mustang Fund, or Strosnider Fund must complete Laurel Highlands Academic Foundation Scholarship Application. Please specify which scholarship you are interested in.

The completed application must be mailed to: Pam Hughes, 117 Heritage Hills Road, Uniontown, PA 15401.

The application deadline is April 10, 2015. Apply with the Academic Foundation Application.
