If your child comes home and tells you about the Mystery Incentive Container in our classroom this is how they can "earn" a Mystery Incentive:

1.) Earn a 100% on a Quiz

2.) Earn a 100% on a Test

3.) Catching my eye academically or socially

What is so exciting about the Mystery Incentive Container?

1.) There are GREEN Jolly Ranchers - the lucky students that choose these get a Homework Pass coupon that can be used on a SINGLE NIGHT's homework assignment and a jolly rancher to enjoy. Just present this pass during homework check, and receive the 3 pt. stamp in its place.

      - If the student does not use their homework pass towards a homework assignment they are welcome to use it at the end of the quarter for 1% higher quarter grade. Students may use up to 3 homework passes at the end of the quarter for percentage points higher, there will be a due date for these passes provided to ensure they are entered into the gradebook before grades are finalized each quarter.

2.) There are BLUE jolly ranchers - the lucky students that choose these get 1 Bonus Point On Test coupon and a jolly rancher to enjoy. Just staple it to the test when handing it in and receive 1 extra bonus point.

     - Bonus Point coupons may not be used on the Midterm or Final test for this course.

3.) All other jolly ranchers - the lucky students that choose these get just that a jolly rancher to enjoy!
