Welcome Parents!

My name is Nicole Ricker and I am the Instructional Support teacher here at Palmer.  I work with small groups of children in Kindergarten through 4th grade who struggle with reading.  I also analyze data and hold meetings with teachers and parents to discuss the progress of their students.   

I have been teaching for 9 years.  My first 2 years of teaching were spent at Hiram Dodd Elementary in Allentown where I taught 3rd grade and then 1st grade.   I came to Palmer in 2004 and taught as a Title 1 reading teacher for 4 years, I taught 1st grade for 1 year and I am now going on my 3rd year as the IST teacher!
