Welcome to Fourth Grade!

Dear Parents,

I am pleased to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and to welcome your child to my class.  This is my nineteenth year teaching fourth grade at Palmer and I couldn’t be happier.

I believe that a good learning experience is built on a cooperative effort between parent, child, and teacher.  There are several ways I will keep you informed about your child’s progress throughout the school year.  I explain them on the communication link on this website.  Along with your participation both in and out of the classroom, we can look forward to a productive, creative and enjoyable year together.

I have included on this website, information that will hopefully be of help to you involving your child’s educational and social experiences in our classroom.  Please take some time to read through it with your child and save it for future reference.  Feel free to contact me about ANY questions or concerns you may have.  I will be sure to respond as soon as possible.
