Philosophy of Leadership
The principal is the instructional leader of the building. Of all the models of supervision available, the differentiated model is the most effective. In this approach, the principal and teachers will work together to reach a common goal and view satisfaction as a desirable end toward which teachers will work. Also, sharing of the decision-making process between administrators and teachers is vital in order to increase school effectiveness.
