During the seventh unit of the course, communication will be the main focus. This chapter allows us to discuss different types of communication, such as body language, facial expressions, and various types of verbal communication. We will also be comparing the ways in which communication has changed over the years. By the end of this unit, you will be expected to understand how to communicate effectively and appropriately.
