About Mr. Stumpf
"What you see going by is a shadow, you've got to live in front of your eyes."
-Mark Roberge, musician
This is the beginning of my third year of teaching here at Dauphin County Technical School. I graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in comprehensive social studies education and a concentration in special education. Currently, I am enrolled as a graduate student at Penn State-Harrisburg pursuing a Master's degree in teaching and curriculum.
On June 19, 2007, I witnessed the birth of my beautiful daughter, Lilyan Margaret Stumpf. Lily is now three-years-old and is my pride and joy. Life would not be the same without her. Throughout the school year, you will see many pictures and hear various stories about my daughter, especially during the unit about infant and child development.
In addition to spending time with my wife and daughter and in class at Penn State-Harrisburg, I enjoy bowling, remodeling and renovating my house, and watching college and professional football. I am a die-hard fan of the Washington Redskins, Maryland Terrapins, and any team who plays the Dallas Cowboys.
